Biology Program
Overview
The Biology program is offered by the Faculty of Arts and is available as a Bachelor of Arts degree on the Saint John campus.
Bachelor of Arts
The Biology major is part of a four-year Bachelor of Arts degree.
What you'll learn
The program includes introductory studies in organic chemistry, ecology, cells, and organisms, as well as biology lab work. In the second year, students add botany, microbiology, zoology, and statistics to their coursework. Upper-level studies may include conservation biology, environmental law, and animal behavior.
