The Real Estate Transactions Certificate is designed to equip legal professionals with practical skills to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. This program addresses the challenges faced by real estate practitioners, including complex regulations, evolving market conditions, and managing client expectations.

Program Objectives

The program aims to provide participants with the tools to meet the challenges of real estate transactions head-on, offering practical instruction on:

• Reviewing agreements of purchase and sale
• Conducting thorough title and off-title searches
• Managing the closing process effectively

Program Details

The program will be held on the following dates: January 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12, 2026. The program is accredited for 31 hours of Substantive CPD and 4.5 hours of Professionalism CPD by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
