The Certificate in Public Administration and Governance is a comprehensive program that emphasizes public policy through a series of one-semester courses.

Level 2 of the program consists of eight one-semester courses that analyze public policy, public sector union-management relations, research methodology, and the ideological basis of administrative institutions. Students also have the opportunity to continue their study of specific administrative functions and skills.

- Upon successful completion of the courses making up Level 2, students may apply for a Level 2 Certificate in Public Administration and Governance
