The program "Mieux comprendre 'l'autre gťnťration'" is a continuing education course offered by the Centre de Formation continue en Sciences humaines et sociales, Facultť de Philosophie et Sciences sociales.
Presentation
This formation is designed for individuals working in companies where three generations intersect. The goal is to help participants better understand and manage different generations in the workplace.
