The program is designed for individuals with basic knowledge in biology who wish to develop their understanding of oncology, including:

The OncoStep program is offered in two formats:
- E-learning: Participants can learn at their own pace through an online platform.
- E-learning + Q&A Session: Combines the e-learning module with a 2-hour Q&A session with an expert.
Curriculum
The program covers the following topics:
- Introduction to cancer: Prevalence, risk factors, and prevention
- Molecular biology and cellular biology refresher
- Molecular oncology: From normal cells to cancer
- Clinical oncology: Diagnosis and treatment

The program fees vary based on the participant's status:
- Doctoral students and ULB hospital institutions: 250
- Public institutions, academics, and ASBL: 350

Partnerships
The OncoStep program is part of a project to develop a continuous training platform in oncology, funded by the European FEDER fund within the Brussels-Capital Region, and carried by ULB (ONCO-TRA.bru project).
Admission Criteria
Prerequisites

- The program starts with a refresher on molecular and cellular biology, allowing participants to update their knowledge.
