Program Overview


Introduction to the YUFE Program

The YUFE program offers academic courses, language classes, and other activities across 10 partner universities. With the Dean's approval, completed courses may count toward a degree. The program also provides access to entrepreneurship, innovation, and local community engagement initiatives, helping students gain new skills and experiences.


Program Details

  • The program allows students to study in ten different countries and languages.
  • Students can participate in the program for up to four semesters.
  • A full catalogue of available activities is published on the YUFE Virtual Campus.
  • Students can choose courses for the next semester from the catalogue.

Eligibility Criteria

  • All students, and doctoral students at Nicolaus Copernicus University (NCU) with at least B2-level English, are eligible to apply.

Registration

Students can register for the program at any time during the academic year.


  • Create an account on the YUFE Virtual Campus.
  • Fill in the online application form.

YUFE Certificate

The YUFE Certificate is issued by one of the first consortia aspiring to become a true European University. It reflects a student's full academic and personal development.


Course Recognition

To have OpenYUFE courses recognized as part of a degree program, students must submit a formal request to the Dean responsible for student affairs at their faculty.


Required Documents

  • Transcript of Records from the university where the course(s) were completed.
  • Syllabi for selected courses, if required.
