Introduction to the Sino-French Cooperation Program

The Sino-French Cooperation Program is a collaborative effort between Nanchang University and the University of Poitiers in France. The program aims to cultivate internationalized management professionals with a strong foundation in modern management knowledge and skills, particularly in the French language.

Program Overview

The program is designed to deepen the reform of talent cultivation models and improve teaching quality. It is based on the strong foundation of management disciplines and Sino-French cooperation at Nanchang University.

Program Objectives

The primary objective of the program is to develop complex management professionals with a solid grasp of modern management knowledge, excellent foreign language skills (especially French), and an international perspective.

Program Structure

The program is structured as follows:

  1. The undergraduate stage lasts four years, during which students follow the curriculum set by Nanchang University.
  2. In the final year of the undergraduate stage, students undergo a professional and French language assessment by the French side. Those who pass are admitted to the University of Poitiers as master's students.
  3. The master's stage takes two years to complete and includes a 4-6 month enterprise internship.
  4. Upon completing the master's program and defending their thesis, students are awarded the International Enterprise Management Master's (MMI) diploma by the University of Poitiers.

Teaching Characteristics

The program has the following teaching characteristics:

  1. Optimized Curriculum: The program adopts advanced international teaching experiences, with a focus on foundational, practical, and international courses.
  2. Emphasis on Foreign Language Teaching: English proficiency is required to meet the standards of non-English majors, and French language teaching is strengthened to enable students to pursue a French master's degree.
  3. Introduction of Foreign Textbooks and Faculty: French textbooks are used for French language teaching, and foreign teachers are invited to teach part of the language courses.
  4. International Exchange: The program includes international exchange activities, such as short-term visits to France and exchanges with French students.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for the undergraduate stage of the Sino-French Cooperation Program is 14,000 yuan per year.
