Introduction
The Electronic and Information Engineering program is a collaborative effort between Beijing University of Technology and University College Dublin, aimed at cultivating innovative talents with international perspectives. The program focuses on providing students with a solid foundation in electronic information engineering, as well as the ability to apply scientific methods to solve practical problems.
Program Objectives

Curriculum
The program is a four-year undergraduate degree course, with a teaching format that includes classroom learning, experimental simulations, tutorials, seminars, and thesis projects. Career Prospects
The program provides a "dual degree, dual diploma, and full English" training model, which not only enables students to master solid professional foundations but also significantly enhances their ability to use English for professional communication and cross-cultural interaction. Students who meet the graduation standards of both universities can simultaneously obtain bachelor's degrees in engineering from Beijing University of Technology and University College Dublin, giving them a significant advantage when applying for graduate programs at top international universities.
Graduates can choose to work in universities or research institutions, engaging in teaching and research related to electronic information engineering. Alternatively, they can enter the job market, working in product development and technical support for large state-owned enterprises or high-tech companies, including notable employers such as China Mobile, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, China Electronics Corporation, Huawei, Baidu, and Tencent.
Over the past seven years, the college's electronic information engineering program has achieved a graduation rate of 97.6% and a further education rate of 77.6%. The main universities for further education include Nanjing University, Harbin Institute of Technology, National University of Singapore, Columbia University, and Carnegie Mellon University. Key signing units include the China Electronics Technology Group, China Telecom Corporation Limited, and Beijing Baidu Netcom Science and Technology Co., Ltd.
