Introduction to the Beijing Industrial University Product Training Camp

The Beijing Industrial University Product Training Camp (Fourth Period) was successfully held on October 18-19. The training camp was jointly organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute and Beijing Coincidence Technology Co., Ltd. A total of 86 students were selected from over 180 applicants to participate in the camp, covering various colleges and undergraduate and graduate levels.

Program Overview

The training camp invited experts in the field of smart cars and digital services to provide systematic courses and workshops. The program focused on product planning and operation practices throughout the user's life cycle, helping participants master the core methodology of product innovation and user experience design.

Course Content

The first day of the course introduced the training camp's guest mentors, course arrangements, and learning requirements. The founder of Beijing Coincidence Technology Co., Ltd., Feng Fang, showcased classic cases from previous product training camps and analyzed the core elements of product innovation using rich cases from the medical health and new consumption tracks.

Expert Lectures

Shen Yang, former head of the user digital product planning department at NIO, lectured on the operation of smart cars and multi-dimensional product definition. He used real cases from NIO to help participants establish a product planning mindset centered on user experience.

Workshops

On the second day, Liu Qiuju, a experienced instructor from the International Data Alliance, led a systematic workshop. She used the CSA professional method to guide participants through the process of demand excavation, scenario simulation, and user portrait construction.

Group Projects

During the scheme deepening phase, three instructors guided the groups' product design and provided professional guidance. Participants worked together to complete user portrait construction, scenario simulation, and prototype production, and presented their results through a roadshow.

Participant Feedback

Participants praised the training camp for providing a systematic framework for product innovation and helping them break through their thinking patterns and achieve creative solutions.
