Motoric Neurorehabilitation Bachelor of Science

The Motoric Neurorehabilitation Bachelor's programme is an extra-occupational, further educational programme that requires completed vocational training as a physiotherapist or ergotherapist. This programme acquaints students with the whole spectrum of modern motoric neurorehabilitation, providing a basic understanding of neurological disease patterns and the societal and institutional framework conditions of rehabilitation in the health system.

• The programme combines compact attendance phases for several days at weekends and supplementary self-study, allowing students to continue working.
• Close cooperation with a clinical partner supports the integration of scientific knowledge and practice.
• The programme provides excellent individual supervision due to limited places (25 students).

Study Content

The bachelor's programme has a modular structure, comprising 15 modules in all fields relevant to motoric neurorehabilitation. The study content includes:

Admission Requirements

• Professional qualification in physiotherapy or ergotherapy
• At least one year of professional experience
• General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or aptitude test

Fees

• Semester fee: 1,750 euros per semester (in addition to other required fees)
• Total amount due for the standard study period of six semesters: 10,500 euros

Required Language Skills

• No foreign language skills are required.
• German language skills: International applicants need documentation of their German language skills (level DSH-2 or TestDaF 4).

Teaching and Examination Language

• The language usually used in class is German.
