Literatur Kunst Medien Bachelor of Arts
The Bachelor's program in Literatur Kunst Medien (Literature Art Media) is a foundational study program that leads to a first professionally qualifying degree. This program combines literary, art, and media analysis and reading competencies in dealing with cultural products of all kinds.
Program Description
The program focuses on the scientific-analytical examination of literary texts, works of fine art, and different media (film, TV, internet, photography, games, etc.), as well as the question of how these different forms of cultural production relate to each other. Accompanying the program, there is the opportunity to test and expand these skills in practical seminars.

Admission Requirements for the Study Program
The requirement for admission to the study program is the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or a recognized equivalent higher education entrance qualification.
Required Foreign Language Skills
To apply for the Bachelor's program in Literatur Kunst Medien, you must demonstrate knowledge of two foreign languages. Missing foreign language skills can, however, still be caught up during the study program.
Required German Language Skills
Foreign language applicants need proof of German language skills at the level of DSH-2/TestDaF 4. Alternatively, you can also use other recognized language tests or recognized school certificates as proof.
Teaching and Examination Language
Teaching and examinations are held in the German language. Additionally, courses can also be held in English.
