The Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences is a foundational study program that leads to a first professionally qualifying degree.


Program Description

Biology is the science of living systems, examining development, function, and behavior, as well as the relationship between individual organisms and their environment. The research focuses at the Department of Biology at the University of Konstanz lie in the areas of molecular biology-oriented cell biology, biomedical basic research, and ecology. The requirement for admission to the study program is the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or a recognized equivalent higher education entrance qualification.


Proof of Study Orientation

At all Baden-Württemberg universities, a proof of participation in an orientation procedure is required when applying for a study place. You must attach the proof of participation in the orientation procedure to your application documents.
