Meditation and Mindfulness Online
The Meditation and Mindfulness Online course is designed to help participants regulate stress and psychological discomfort through meditation and mindfulness techniques. The course will cover various meditation methods, including western and eastern techniques, from mindfulness to Zen.
- The course consists of 10 sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of meditation and mindfulness:
- Session 1: Introduction to meditation - sitting posture and inner attitude
- Session 2: Zen meditation - nothing as a basis for meditation
- Session 3: Mantra meditation - nourishing phrases for consciousness
- Session 4: MBSR/Vipassana - mindfulness-based stress reduction method and Vipassana
- Session 5: Breath meditation - the breath as a regulating force
- Session 6: Sound meditation - experiencing sound as a relaxing medium
- Session 7: Guided meditation - fantasy journeys
- Session 8: Therapeutic meditations - encountering inner psychological parts
- Session 9: Chakra meditation - journey through the 7 Chakras
- Session 10: Spiritual meditation - connection with the divine
Requirements and Equipment
- To participate in the course, students will need:
- A computer or mobile phone
- A stable internet connection
- A quiet and comfortable place to sit
- The Zoom software (link will be provided upon registration)
