Journalists-in-Residence Program

The Journalists-in-Residence program is an initiative of the Exzellenzcluster, aiming to make its expertise available outside the scientific community. The program seeks to improve communication between science and media by offering experienced journalists in the German-speaking region the opportunity to work on a journalistic project related to inequality for a period of six weeks to three months.

Program Details

  • The program allows fellows to engage in an in-depth exchange with researchers and become familiar with the data and methodology related to their chosen topics.
  • The goal is to establish a network between fellows and researchers that can be expanded upon.
  • Fellows will have the chance to intensively discuss their area of interest with researchers from the cluster and gain insight into the current state of research on inequality.
