What can the MBA do for you?
The MBA programme enables you to understand the operating flow of private sector, public sector, and third sector enterprises. You will learn to preside over the coordination of business functionalities, guiding the coordination of capitals and the attainment of competitive business competencies.
Who can apply?
To be eligible for the MBA programme, you must:
- Hold an Honours degree or a Postgraduate Diploma at NQF level 8, or a cognate bachelor degree at NQF level 8, with a level of competence as provided for in the GR7 Rule.
- Be at least 25 years old on the first of January of the year of first registration.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of formal, full-time work experience.
- Have passed the Graduate Management Admission test (GMAT) or an entrance examination prescribed by the school.

Program Facilitation
The MBA programme takes two years to complete, offered online with lectures conducted four evenings a week. Study groups are assigned to help bridge the gap of not being able to meet face-to-face. The programme commences with a single intake once a year in February, with an effective month's break in the middle of the year and at the end of the first year.

The MBA curriculum is dynamic and comprises ten modules and a dissertation. The modules include:

Modules Overview
You will undertake eight modules in your first year and two modules in the first semester of your second year. One of the two modules in the second year is selected from a limited choice, allowing you to lean into financial strategy or innovation and entrepreneurship.
The MBA Business Research Project
The research project is an opportunity for collaborative knowledge production, where you will be mentored through the process of articulating a business problem, conceptualizing an approach to resolving it, and devising a methodological approach. You will perform fieldwork and write up your results in a research report, preparing this capstone project for submission to a panel of examiners.
Fees
You can expect to pay a non-refundable application fee. If offered a place on the programme, you will pay a registration fee and an administration levy for each year of registration. The fee structure is dynamic and updated annually.
