Course Description
The five-day online 'Occurrence investigation in Air Traffic Management' course has been created to provide Air Traffic Control Providers with training that will enable their staff to conduct comprehensive investigations into occurrences and serious incidents within the Air Traffic Management domain.

Course Structure
The course is designed to support delegates who may be attending from +UTC time zones. Live teaching starts at 08:00 UTC (09:00 BST) and finishes circa 16:30 UTC. Delegates will require access to a computer that is capable of using conferencing software and is connected to an internet connection that enables stable video streaming. The course will be delivered in English.
