University Extension Course on Skill Games
Introduction
The University Extension Course on Skill Games is designed to promote the development and acquisition of soft skills through dynamic gameplay. The course focuses on skills such as active listening, acceptance, adaptation to change, empathy, leadership, teamwork, effective communication, emotional management, creativity, and assertiveness.
Objectives
The main objectives of the course are to:
- Develop soft skills through dynamic plays
- Become aware of our bodies and their expressive possibilities
- Foster creativity and imagination
- Promote spontaneity
- Encourage learning through play
- Influence the benefits of positive thinking and refine judgment
Competences
The course aims to develop both general and specific competences, including:
General Competencies
- Develop social skills (leadership, teamwork)

Specific Competencies
- Know our body and its expressive possibilities
- Develop listening and acceptance
- Express emotions and feelings through the body
- Overcome the fear of performing in public
- Represent body actions
- Create characters from different stimuli
- Draw spaces with our body
- Encourage detachment from preconceived ideas
Programme
The course programme includes:
- Approach to the bases of improvisation from the game
- Active listening and acceptance of proposals
- Expression of emotions and feelings
- Generation of characters, actions, spaces, and objects with the body
- The PROL (Character Relationship Objective Place) as a theory to lay the foundations for an improvised scene
- Collective creation of improvised stories
Recipients
The course is open to anyone interested in knowing themselves better and improving their social skills. No university degree is required. In the event that the number of applications exceeds the number of places offered, a selection will be made based on the order of pre-registration. The number of places available is 16.
