The Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) presents a Salesforce certification program that responds to current business demand, providing a unique opportunity for employability. Obtaining a Salesforce certification significantly increases job opportunities, with competitive salaries in Spain and global recognition.


Objectives

The objectives of the certifications offered by the URJC will be:


  • "Salesforce Administrator Certification":
    • Dive deeper into advanced Salesforce configuration.
    • Manage data permissions and security.
    • Implement more complex workflows and automation solutions.
    • Perform analysis and problem solving.

Programme

The URJC Salesforce certification program is aligned with the principles of equality, diversity, and sustainability, complying with the Sustainable Development Goals. By 2026, the Salesforce ecosystem is expected to generate more than 76,000 jobs in Spain, guaranteeing employability of more than 90% for certified students.


Recipients

Salesforce certifications are aimed at undergraduate students who have basic knowledge of virtual platforms, business management, digital marketing, or customer relations in virtual environments, and who meet the prerequisites for previous certifications established by Salesforce. Students without a previous official university degree who prove work experience in this field may also access these professional studies.


Access Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate a level of English equivalent to that obtained with Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) in Spain, which corresponds to level A2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), or the Key English Test (KET) of Cambridge, also known as Beginner level. This training does not require students to have a previous degree level qualification; however, to access it, you must be over 18 years old.


Selection Criteria

In the event that the number of applications exceeds the number of places offered, a selection will be made based on the following criteria for each place:


  • Previous experience: Candidates who already have experience working with Salesforce or in the CRM field may have an advantage. (30%)
  • Academic performance: Grades and academic performance in related courses can be an indicator of a student's potential success in the master's degree. (30%)
  • Diversity: To promote diversity, preference may be given to candidates who bring a unique perspective to the program. This may include candidates from minority groups, international candidates, those with unique life experiences. (20%)
  • Letters of Recommendation: References from previous professors or employers can provide valuable insight into the candidate's ability to succeed in the program. (10%)
  • Personal statement: The candidate's motivation for pursuing the Master's degree and how they plan to use the degree in their future career may be an important factor. (10%)

The applicant will present all the scanned documentation, in the formats allowed, through the link provided by the university.


  • The documentation that you will have to submit is the following:
    • Students with a degree obtained from a Spanish university or a Higher Education Institution belonging to another Member State of the European Higher Education Area that provides access to continuing education courses must submit the following documentation:
      • National Identity Document or equivalent
      • University degree of the studies that give access to the requested postgraduate degree.
      • Curriculum vitae
      • Responsible declaration of veracity of the data provided in digital format
      • Any other document required by the Academic Department of Continuing Education for acceptance.
    • Students with foreign qualifications must submit the following documentation:
      • Passport or Residence Card
      • Foreign Higher Education Degree (Graduate, Bachelor's Degree, Architect, Engineer, Doctor...) that gives access to continuing education studies.
      • Curriculum vitae
      • Responsible declaration of veracity of the data provided in digital format
      • Any other document required by the Academic Department of Continuing Education for acceptance

Microcredentials

Microcredentials, intended for students with or without a previous official university degree, allow for the certification of learning results linked to short-term training activities. Their duration must, in any case, be less than 15 ECTS credits. Successful completion of these courses through the corresponding assessment tests will entitle the student, where appropriate, to obtain a Certificate with the name of the respective course and will be included in the centralized Register of this type of qualification. In the event that they do not include assessment tests, a certificate of attendance will be obtained.
