Program Overview


Program Overview

The Expert in Labor, Administrative, Civil, and Criminal Liability in Matters of Occupational Health and Safety is a postgraduate course organized by the Department of Labor Law and Social Security of the Rey Juan Carlos University.


Objectives

The objective of the Expert Title is to train competent and ethical professionals capable of providing legal advice on occupational health and safety obligations and responsibilities.


Programme

The programme consists of compulsory modules (20 ECTS) covering responsibilities and obligations in terms of occupational safety. It does not include internships or Final Degree Projects.


Quality Commission

The quality commission is responsible for ensuring the quality of the program.


Recipients

The program is aimed at university graduates or undergraduate students who have a maximum of 30 ECTS credits left to complete from an official university degree. Exceptionally, those without an official university degree who prove work experience in this field may also access these professional studies.
