Introduction

The Master's Degree in Forensic Profiles of Criminal Danger is a university master's degree offered by the Rey Juan Carlos University. This degree aims to provide students with the necessary training to study the factors that allow the construction of a hazard profile through the contribution of scientific and methodological techniques.

Basic Information

• What knowledge will I acquire with this Master?: The aim is to determine for each offender the mechanisms that will lead him to cease his criminal activity, investigating the conditions in which it can be presumed that he will cease to be dangerous and his possibility of social adaptation.
• Is this degree official according to the regulations required by the European Higher Education Area?: Yes, starting the first course in the academic year, with a final verification report that turned out FAVORABLE.
• Is it necessary to pass an access test?: It is not necessary.

Admission and Enrollment

  • Possession of an official Spanish Graduate or Graduate university degree or equivalent.
  • The selection of applicants will be the responsibility of the Master's director, taking into account criteria of professional experience, academic record, and motivation.
• General access criteria: Suitable entry profiles include Graduates or Bachelor's Degree Holders in Criminology, Security Sciences, and related fields.
• Special access conditions or tests: Assessment of the student's curriculum, based on their professional experience, their projection in relation to the objectives of the master's degree, as well as their academic record.
• Places available: 30 places.
