Program Overview The Master in European Sports Law is designed to train professionals who can cover a profile of experts in all areas of sports legislation. The program aims to provide students with specialized knowledge in sports law, enabling them to advise athletes, sports associations, federations, leagues, and regional and national public entities.

Objectives The objective of the program is to train professionals who can work in public or private sports institutions, companies involved in the sector, or any type of office or cabinet dedicated to advising entities and athletes.

Program Structure The program consists of eight modules:

• Module 1: Sports Policy of the European Union (18 hours)
• Module 2: Sports Organization (38 hours)
• Module 3: Economic-Financial Management in Sports (72 hours)
• Module 4: Sports Taxation (52 hours)
• Module 5: Substantive Aspects of the Sports Relationship (112 hours)
• Module 6: Legal Regime of Sports Facilities (36 hours)
• Module 7: Sports Journalism (36 hours)
• Module 8: Protection of Health and Equality (36 hours)

Recipients The program is designed for students with degrees in Law, Business Administration and Management, Economics, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, as well as sports professionals seeking specialization.

Selection Criteria The selection criteria include experience, academic record, motivation letter, and interview. A minimum attendance of 80% is required.

Academic Management and Faculty The program director is Mr. Francisco Javier Arroyo Romero, and the vice principal is Mr. Vicente de Pablo Ubierna. The academic council consists of renowned experts in sports law.

Quality Guarantee The program has an internal quality assurance system, which includes a manual and a composition of the commission. The system ensures the quality of the program and provides a framework for continuous improvement.

Duration and Development The program is offered in-person, with 60 ECTS credits and 480 hours of instruction. The program starts on October 17, 2025, and ends on May 29, 2026.

Reservation of Place and Enrollment The pre-registration period is from June 24 to October 10, 2025, and the enrollment deadline is from October 1 to 15, 2025. The title price is 2,990, and there is a possibility of a scholarship.

Documentation to Attach The required documentation includes a copy of the pre-registration, national identity document or passport, photographs, title accrediting studies, curriculum vitae, and any other document required by the director of the own title.

General Information Collection Plan The quality assurance system includes surveys on student profile, teacher evaluation, degree of satisfaction, labor insertion, and external internships.

Improvement Actions The quality assurance system establishes that the degree's quality assurance commission will annually analyze the information derived from the degree's indicators and prepare a report that will include improvement plans if the results so indicate.
