University Extension Course: Pilates Floor Method Monitor
Basic Information
The Pilates method has proven its effectiveness in physical conditioning and addressing certain musculoskeletal disorders.
Objectives
The course aims to:
- Train students in the mastery and use of the Pilates Method
- Train students in the use of the Pilates Method for prevention and improvement of certain musculoskeletal alterations
Competences

- General competencies: synthesis capacity, oral expression
- Specific competences: knowledge of Pilates principles, postural corrections, leading collective classes
