The Rey Juan Carlos University, in collaboration with the Quirónsalud Proton Therapy Center, presents a course on Physics, Technology, and Oncology in Proton Therapy. This course aims to provide interdisciplinary training for specialists interested in learning about proton therapy, covering physical, technical, and oncological aspects.
Objectives
The primary objective of the course is to train personnel capable of planning and applying proton therapy, focusing on both foundational knowledge and the latest trends in technologies and clinical applications.

Recipients
This training is aimed at students with a previous MECES 3 level qualification in:
- Degree or bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences, with specialization in medical physics
- Degree or bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery Students with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and experience in the sector may also be considered if spaces are available.
Selection Criteria
In the event of excessive applications, selection will be based on:
- Previous experience in the sector (30%)
- Motivation and possibility of professionally applying the acquired knowledge (70%)
