University Program: Pilates Floor Method Monitor for Physical Conditioning and Functional Recovery

Presentation

The Pilates method has proven its effectiveness in physical conditioning and addressing certain musculoskeletal system disorders through postural correction and global body work. Due to its positive benefits, there is a growing demand for Pilates training in society.


Objectives

  • Train students in the mastery and use of the Pilates Method for improving health.
  • Train students in the use of the Pilates Method for preventing and improving certain musculoskeletal system alterations.
