Program Overview
ONLINE REVENUE MANAGEMENT EXPERT
The ONLINE REVENUE MANAGEMENT EXPERT program is designed to provide training in Revenue Management techniques and strategies through an online format. The program aims to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies in price and capacity management, utilizing current information management tools such as Big Data.
Presentation
After 12 years of developing face-to-face training in Revenue Management, the Rey Juan Carlos University has created the ONLINE Higher University Degree in Revenue Management. The program has the following training objectives:
- Have a macro and micro-economic view of the environment, as well as adequate risk management.
- Implement the appropriate Revenue Management model, seeking the maximum benefit for the hotel and the maximum satisfaction for the client.
- Lead people and teams oriented in the culture of Revenue Management.
- Know the main strategies related to: Forecasting, Benchmarking, Pricing, Segmentation, Capacity Management, and Overbooking.
- Know and manage the new tourism marketing channels.
- Know the main sales techniques.
- Create and diversify hotel and tourism products.
- Application of Big Data to Revenue Management.
- Knowledge of the technological tools used by Revenue Managers.
Objectives
The objective of this title is to train both future and current Revenue Managers to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies in price and capacity management, through the use of current information management tools such as Big Data.
Competences
The program focuses on developing the following competences:

The program consists of 115 online training hours, divided into the following modules:
- Module 1. Introduction to Revenue Management.
- Module 2. Big data and strategy metrics.
- Module 3. Pricing and Yield Management Restrictions.
- Module 4. Forecasting and Predictive Analysis.
- Module 5. Benchmarking.
- Module 6. Distribution Management.
- Module 7. Inventory Management.
- Module 8. Accounting and Finance applied to Revenue Management.
- Module 9. Total Revenue Management.
- Module 10. Revenue Management Simulation Game.
- Case Studies: RM Tools (DUETTO for PRICING; STR for BENCH; BEONPRICE for FORECAST; REVIEWPRO for PRICING).
Recipients
This title is aimed at professionals and people interested in the sector who cannot enroll in the face-to-face course and want to receive academic, professional, and practical training in Revenue Management. To study this degree online, it is necessary to be in possession of a Bachelor's degree / Diploma or Graduate or justify Accredited Experience in the sector.

Duration and Development
The program has a duration of 115 hours, from February 9th, 2026, to May 24th, 2026. The modality is interactive, and the number of credits is 11.5.
Reservation of Place and Enrollment
The pre-registration period is from October 16, 2025, to February 02, 2026. The enrollment deadline is from January 19, 2025, to February 02, 2025. The title price is 2,200, with the possibility of dividing it into 2 payments. There is a possibility of scholarship and subsidy through the State Foundation for Employment Training (FUNDAE).

The applicant must present all the scanned documentation in the allowed formats. The required documentation includes:
- National Identity Document or equivalent.
- University Degree of the studies that give access to the requested postgraduate degree.
- Curriculum vitae.
- Responsible declaration of veracity of the data provided in digital format.
- Any other document required by the Academic Department of Continuing Education for acceptance.
