Introduction to the Expert in Commercial Business Consulting Program

The Expert in Commercial Business Consulting program is designed to address the growing need for specialized knowledge in the legal and business fields. This program is tailored to provide in-depth understanding and skills in commercial, labor, and tax law, essential for ensuring regulatory compliance and economic viability of companies in today's complex business environment.

Programme Details

The program consists of various modules, each focusing on a specific aspect of commercial business consulting. The modules include:

• Module A: Mercantile, which covers topics such as the constitution of companies, corporate bodies, company accounting, digitalization and AI in legal advice, M&A operations, financing and guarantee contracts, societary measures for assets health, bankruptcy law, corporate arbitration, and negotiation techniques.
• Each module is further divided into subjects, such as:

Quality Commission

The quality commission is responsible for overseeing the program's academic direction and ensuring its quality. The commission consists of:

• Presidency (Academic Direction): MŞ Rosa Tapia Sánchez, MŞ Begońa García Gil, and Pablo Chico de la Cámara.
• Secretary (Teacher Representative): Francisco Antonio Serrano Acitores, Rodrigo Martin Jimenez, María del Carmen Banacloche Palao, and Rosa Fraile Fernandez.
• Student Representative: To be selected upon completion of registration and the start of the course.
• PTGAS Representative: To be designated by the head of the service.

Recipients

This program is aimed at students with a previous university degree. Conditional access may be granted to students enrolled in a degree or double degree who have yet to complete a maximum of 30 ECTS credits from an official university degree in Spain, provided their profile matches the functions legally provided for in the corresponding field. Exceptionally, individuals without a previous official university degree but with proven work experience in the field may also access the program, although they will only be eligible for a diploma or a university extension certificate.
