  • C1- MEANS OF DEFENSE IN TAX PROCEDURES | 3 | 1 ｺ
  • C2- DIRECT TAXATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY (I): IRPF and IS | 5 | 1 ｺ
  • C3- DIRECT TAXATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY (II): INTERNATIONAL TAXATION OF THE COMPANY THAT ACTS WITH EP and WITHOUT EP, WITH CDI AND WITHOUT CDI | 4 | 1 ｺ
  • C4- INDIRECT TAXATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY (III): VAT and TARIFF DUTIES | 3 | 1 ｺ
  • C5- COMPLETE CASE STUDY. FINAL EVALUATION TEST | 1 | 1 ｺ

Recipients

• Access requirements: This course is aimed at students who have a previous university degree.
• Conditional access will be available to students enrolled in a Degree or Double Degree who have yet to complete a maximum of 30 ECTS credits from an official university degree in Spain whose profile matches the functions legally provided for in the corresponding field. In this case, no type of certification will be obtained until it is proven that one is in possession of the official university degree required for access to postgraduate education.
• Exceptionally, they will also be able to access these professional studies without a previous official university degree that accredits proven work experience in this field. In this case, they will only be eligible for a diploma or a university extension certificate with the same name and number of credits as this Title, in accordance with the equivalence table included in the Annex I of the Own Teaching Regulations of the Rey Juan Carlos University.
• Selection criteria: In the event that the number of applications exceeds the number of places offered, a selection will be made based on the following criteria for each place (ordinary and disability or victims of terrorism or gender violence):
  • Academic Record: Weight based on the grades obtained during the university career.
  • Professional Experience: Assess previous work experience in areas related to business legal advice.
  • Languages: Consider the command of languages relevant to legal-business advice (for example, English).
  • Complementary Training: Assess participation in courses, seminars or activities related to the commercial, labor and tax fields.

• Students with a degree obtained from a Spanish university or a Higher Education Institution belonging to another Member State of the European Higher Education Area that provides access to continuing education courses must submit the following documentation:
  • National Identity Document or equivalent
  • University Degree of the studies that give you access to the requested postgraduate degree.
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Responsible declaration of veracity of the data provided in digital format
  • Any other document required by the Academic Department of Continuing Education for acceptance.
• Students with foreign qualifications must submit the following documentation:
  • Passport or Residence Card
  • Foreign Higher Education Degree (Graduate, Bachelor's Degree, Architect, Engineer, Doctor...) that gives access to continuing education studies.
