Introduction to the Specialist in Administrative and Institutional Management

The Specialist in Administrative and Institutional Management: Entrepreneurship, Transformation, and Business Leadership is a postgraduate program designed for professionals seeking to work as employees or self-employed workers in various sectors. This program is valid for visas and stays for studies with automatic work authorization, in accordance with the new Immigration Regulations.

Programme

The program consists of three modules:

1. Module I: Institutions, Administrative Services, Accounting, Customer Relations, and Public and Private Management (20 ECTS/200 Hrs)

   • Computer Data Processing and Office Automation

2. Module II: New Business Projects and Contemporary Administrative Institutions in Spain (19 ECTS/190 Hrs)

   • Cultural integration, heritage and citizenship in Spain
   • Innovation Management and Business Plan
   • Entrepreneurship and Purpose-Driven Business Creation

3. Module III: Management of Small and Medium-Sized Spanish Companies in a Globalized Environment (19 ECTS/190 Hrs)
   • Fundamentals of International, Regional and Subregional Economic Institutions
   • Spanish tax regime
   • Heritage management and cultural industries in Spain with an emphasis on the city of Madrid
   • Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis for Decision Making
   • Leadership and Management of Multicultural Teams
   • Application of Occupational Risk Prevention in SMEs

Recipients

This MECES level 3 training program is aimed at students with a previous university degree. Those enrolled in a Bachelor's or Double Degree program who have yet to complete a maximum of 30 ECTS credits from an official Spanish university degree and whose profile matches the legally established functions in the corresponding field will be eligible for conditional admission.

Students with foreign qualifications must submit additional documentation, including a passport or residence card and a foreign Higher Education Degree.
