Program Overview

Introduction to the Microcredential in Sensitive Education

The Microcredential in Sensitive Education is a revolutionary program that breaks away from traditional educational paradigms. Instead of focusing on "how to be," it accompanies each person in the discovery of "who I am." This profound pedagogical framework aims to free students and educators from limiting masks, cultivating the unique originality of each individual and giving them the tools to build their "inner home." The ultimate goal is to develop authentic people capable of creating a "mature 'we'" - a creative, cohesive, and socially responsible community.

Objectives

The program has three main objectives:

  • Knowledge (CO): Identify the theoretical foundations of Sensitive Education and understand the model of personal or community development and its relationship with the personal or community brand.
  • Skills or Abilities (H): Apply techniques of sensitive accompaniment and design educational resources and evaluation systems based on the principles of Sensitive Education.
  • Competencies (C): Manage one's own sensitive self-education process and lead the integration of Educational Social Responsibility plans into the culture and documents of a center.

Programme

The Microcredential in Sensitive Education consists of six modules:

  1. Foundations of Sensitive Education: Explore the anthropological and pedagogical foundations of the model.
  2. Personal Branding and Sensitive Support: Discover the authentic personal brand and learn how to support others.
  3. Practice of Sensitive Education in the Family: Apply the principles of Sensitive Education to the family unit.
  4. Practice of Sensitive Education in the Classroom and the School: Create sensitive learning communities and foster a "mature we."
  5. Educational Social Responsibility (CSRdu) in Action Plans: Design and implement CSR action plans for education.
  6. Final Applied Project: Analyze a real-world situation from the perspective of Sensitive Education and design a coherent improvement proposal.
