Expert in Business Labor Consulting
The Expert in Business Labor Consulting program is designed to address the growing need for specialized knowledge in the legal and business fields, particularly in commercial, labor, and tax law. - Module B: Labor, which covers rights and obligations of the employment contract, occupational health, fundamental rights, new technologies, digitalization, remunerations, employment contract modifications, suspensions, extensions, collective aspects in the labor field, and the impact of social security on employment relationships.

Recipients
The program is aimed at students with a previous university degree. Conditional access may be granted to students enrolled in a Degree or Double Degree who have yet to complete a maximum of 30 ECTS credits from an official university degree in Spain, provided their profile matches the functions legally provided for in the corresponding field. Exceptionally, individuals without a previous official university degree but with proven work experience in the field may also access the program, although they will only be eligible for a diploma or a university extension certificate.
Selection Criteria
In the event of excessive applications, selection will be based on:
- Academic Record: Weight based on grades obtained during the university career
- Professional Experience: Assessment of previous work experience in areas related to business legal advice
- Languages: Consideration of the command of languages relevant to legal-business advice (e.g., English)
- Complementary Training: Assessment of participation in courses, seminars, or activities related to commercial, labor, and tax fields
