Presentation
The Pilates method has proven its effectiveness in physical conditioning and addressing certain musculoskeletal system disorders. Due to its positive benefits, there is a growing demand for Pilates training in society, making it necessary to train students in this method.
Objectives
- Train students in the mastery and use of the Pilates Method for improving health through physical activity.
- Train students in the use of the Pilates Method for preventing and improving certain musculoskeletal system alterations.
