Presentation
The Pilates method has proven its effectiveness in physical conditioning and addressing certain musculoskeletal system disorders through postural correction and global body work. Due to its positive benefits, there is a growing demand for Pilates training, making it necessary to train students in this method.
Objectives
- Train students in the mastery and use of the Pilates Method for improving health.
- Train students in the use of the Pilates Method for preventing and improving certain musculoskeletal system alterations.

- Heating and basic floor exercises
Recipients
The course is open to anyone interested in health and wellness. No university degree is required. In cases where the number of applications exceeds the available places, selection will be based on the order of pre-registration.
