Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Appraise the legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements of financial firms to eradicate financial crime
- Synthesize and articulate the opportunities and techniques associated with combating financial crime in traditional and new economy situations
- Develop a critical comprehension of the methods and techniques through which financial institutions can limit financial crimes
- Evaluate the requirement to address and limit the scale and scope of financial crime in financial institutions and markets
Learning Methods
