• Training to use the Tool, which is divided into levels:
  • Level 1: Introduction
  • Level 2: Deepening
  • Level 3: Testing
• Supervision and the MBI:TAC
• Teacher development and the MBI:TAC

Level 3 MBI:TAC Assessor Reliability Testing

This training and assessment package is designed for practitioners to undertake an assessment that provides feedback on their level of reliability in assessing with the MBI:TAC, in line with international benchmarks.

Delivery Format

The program is delivered through an e-learning format, where participants are provided with an online link to a learning and assessment package.

Eligibility

The program is open to:

• Practitioners who have completed levels 1 & 2 MBI:TAC training and are training in a context that adheres to good practice in conducting assessments of students' teaching.
• Current MBI:TAC assessors who are in training contexts wanting to re-establish reliability to international standards.

Learning Aims

The program aims to:

1. Enable participants to receive feedback on their use of the MBI:TAC as an assessment tool to support their ongoing learning as assessors.
2. Enable formal recognition of their reliability to successful participants.
