Introduction to the Online Master of Science Degree in Geological Engineering
The Geological Engineering Program at the Missouri S&T is pleased to announce a new distance-based Master of Science Degree Program in Geological Engineering, specifically designed for Reserve Component Officers.
Program Requirements
Registrants in this engineering program must complete:
- Four shared credit courses
- Six additional three-credit hour core courses
Core Courses
The suite of six core courses was designed in consultation with ECCC-RC Program Administrators and includes:
- GE 344 Remote Sensing Technology
- GE 435 Advanced Concepts of Environmental Geological Engineering
- GE 441 Geotechnical Construction Practice
- GE 343 Subsurface Exploration
- GE 331 Subsurface Hydrology
- GE 400 Geological Engineering Capstone Course (Special Topics)
