CESP - Public Service Engagement Contract
The CESP is a program that offers financial assistance to students in their second and third cycles of odontology and medicine studies.
Presentation
The program is based on voluntary participation and selection is made through a commission. Students who participate in the program receive a monthly allowance and commit to working in areas where medical services are scarce or insufficient.
Procedure for Subscribing to CESP
To apply for the CESP program, students must submit their applications on the ASP website, through the PROFIL platform, starting from October 15, 2025. The application folder must include:
- A copy of identification (national identity card, passport, residence permit)
- A letter of motivation, presenting the student's professional project
- A certificate of enrollment for the current academic year
- A bank account statement (RIB) and family record book (if applicable)
- A statement of social security benefits
- For second-cycle students, transcripts of the previous two years
- For third-cycle students, a declaration of ranking in national exams for access to the third cycle
- Any other documents deemed useful by the candidate to describe their situation
The deadline for submitting applications is November 30, 2025. Any application submitted after this date will not be considered by the commission. A proof of enrollment (in PDF) must be sent by email to the division of education at the Faculty of Health Sciences in Toulouse.
