Objectives of the Formation

The primary objective of the License Professionnelle CSP-APDE is to train students to exercise a profession in the field of counseling and personalized follow-up in physical development and maintenance activities, with a focus on health and well-being. This professional is competent in providing personalized advice and ensuring direct and personalized care, as well as monitoring the activity of individuals based on specific objectives.

The employment opportunities targeted by this program are located in the private sector (services to individuals, development of services to people, fitness clubs) and in the associative sector (sports associations, business associations). The professional activities include:

• Personalized counseling and follow-up in physical development and maintenance activities (cardiovascular activation activities, muscle strengthening activities, flexibility and relaxation activities) in a natural or artificial environment, with the aim of health and well-being.
• Design, implementation, and evaluation of non-competitive sports coaching.
• Respect for safety rules in the field of physical and sports activities.
• Depending on the structure, supervision and coordination of a team of technicians in the field of physical activity or management of a structure established in the sector of physical activity and implementation of the company's strategy.

The program is open to students with a Bac + 2 degree or equivalent.

Candidature

Modalities of Candidature

The formations of License Professionnelle are open to holders of a License 2, a BTS, or a diploma of level 5 registered in the RNCP. Admission is pronounced at the end of a selection procedure and depending on the capacities of reception defined by the establishment. The deposit of candidatures must be made on the e-candidate site.

Modalities of Candidature Specific

Candidatures to the LP MF CSP_APDE are made via the e-candidate portal. The study of the file and motivational interview are part of the selection process.

Program

The syllabus is available for download in PDF format and includes a presentation of the year, the program of each Teaching Unit (UE) with the associated bibliography, as well as the coordinates of the teacher responsible and the secretariat of the training.

Stage(s)

The internship in a company offering personalized fitness activities is mandatory for obtaining the diploma. In initial training, it is 420 hours. It can be carried out in the form of an alternation contract (apprenticeship or professionalization contract).

Rythme

Alternance

For apprentices, alternation from September to June on the basis of one week at the university and one week in the company at the first semester. In the second semester, the alternation is 4 days at the university and one and a half weeks in the company. The apprenticeship contract can start two months before the start of the training for holders of a sports educator card. For students in initial training, the internship in the company is 420 hours and starts in November.

The professional integration is targeted immediately after obtaining the LP MF CSP-APDE. The integration takes place in the private sector (services to individuals, coaching studios, workshops for physical care of the person) and in the associative sector (sports associations, business associations). The targeted professional structures include auto-entrepreneurship, enterprises of personalized physical practices, associations, vacation or leisure centers, and territorial authorities.
