Professional License Consulting in Agroecological Plant Production Systems (CoSyA)
Program Overview
Introduction to the Licence Professionnelle Conseil en Systèmes de Production Végétale Agroécologique (CoSyA)
The Licence Professionnelle CoSyA is a natural continuation of the first two years of the Licence Sciences de la Vie at the Université de Toulouse, specifically the Biodiversité et Biologie Environnementale (BBE) and Biologie Cellulaire et Physiologie (BCP) tracks. Additionally, the program is open to holders of a DUT Génie Biologique or a BTSA (Agronomie/Productions végétales).
Program Objectives
The primary objective of the CoSyA program is to train assistant engineers capable of advising agricultural professionals in transitioning their production systems towards more sustainable practices. The main goal, aligned with industry expectations, is to reduce the use of inputs (particularly phytosanitary products) while maintaining economically realistic production targets. This program is also accessible through continuing education.
