The Bachelor's program in Gestion, Entrepreneuriat et Management des Activités Immobilières (GEMA Immobilier) is designed to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the real estate industry. Objectives of the Formation

- Providing students from tertiary fields (primarily management and law) with technical and cultural skills in the construction sector.
- Offering students from technical fields (BTP, architecture, civil engineering, etc.) a development and project management program in real estate.
Target Audience
This formation is open to all holders of a BAC + 2 degree in alternation, initial, or continuous training, including:
- BTS: Professions Immobilières, MCO, NDRC, Support à l'action managériale, PMI/PME, bâtiment, Métier du Géomètre Topographe et de la Modélisation Numérique, etc.
- BUT: GEA, GACO, Carrières juridiques, Génie Civil et Construction Durable, Techniques de Commercialisation, etc.
- L2 tertiaires, L2 scientifiques, Ecole d'Architecture, etc. Applications from employees or job seekers without a BAC + 2 degree will be reviewed by a pedagogical commission for validation of acquired experience.

The third year of the Bachelor's program consists of 428 hours of training, supplemented by 160 hours of project work.
