The Visuomens sveikata (Public Health) program at Vilniaus universitetas (Vilnius University) aims to educate specialists who can participate in forming public health policy, ensure human health safety by controlling environmental indicators, and organize and implement health promotion activities in various population groups.
Program Description
The program's goal is to prepare competent public health bachelors who can apply the latest scientific and practical achievements in their professional activities. Students will acquire skills in critical thinking, problem identification, health promotion, prevention, and environmental and lifestyle factor management. They will also develop excellent social and communication skills, enabling them to work in teams, make independent decisions, and organize, plan, and implement applied research, public health policy, and interventions.

Admission Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- For those who acquired secondary education in 2026:
- Pass at least 3 state exams (Lithuanian language and literature, mathematics, and one elective subject).
- The average score of the three state exams must be at least 50.

Tuition Fees

- Scholarships: Available for excellent academic performance, active scientific, sporting, or social activities, and social support for students in difficult life situations.
- Tuition Fee Reduction: Possible for active participation in scientific activities, cultural activities, sports, or for university employees, with reductions ranging from 30% to 100%.
