Programme Plan
In these studies, students will examine global market operations, learn effective communication and negotiation, manage innovation, and develop international business strategies. The programme covers international marketing, HR management, finance, sustainable development, responsible leadership, and intercultural communication and management. Students will analyse real business cases and learn to make decisions in a global business environment. The programme is completed with a Master's thesis, and students may continue their studies in a doctoral programme in social sciences.
Admission Requirements
Entry Qualification
- Undergraduate diploma (or higher)
- Note: For non-EU/EFTA applicants, the gap since the completed Bachelor degree should not exceed five years.
Required Credits
- Applicants must have collected at least 20 ECTS credits in Economics, Marketing, or Management Sciences as part of their undergraduate degree studies.
Grade Average
- Applicants with an overall grade average of at least 60% are eligible for admission.
Interview
- The Admission Committee of Vilnius University Kaunas Faculty might invite the candidate to a remote interview.
Language Requirements
- English
- The following language certificates are accepted for study programmes taught in English: IELTS Academic 6.5+, TOEFL iBT 81+, Cambridge English Exam 176+, Pearson PTE Academic 59+, LanguageCert IESOL B2, Duolingo English Test 120+, Password Skills Plus 6.5+ or another language proficiency certificate equivalent to B2 CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
- If the first language is English and/or if there is a university degree in English, an English language test score is not required.
Admission Steps

- Check the application dates:
- For international applicants:
- 1 May for applicants from non-EU/EFTA countries
- 1 July for applicants who are citizens of EU/EFTA countries and for non-EU/EFTA applicants with a 90-day visa-free period that has not yet been exceeded.
- The academic year always begins on 1 September.
- For international applicants:
- Check your eligibility and prepare the necessary documents.
- Pay the application fee (100 per application) and submit your application on apply.vu.lt.
- Take the interview if invited by the Admission Committee.
- Confirm the acceptance and pay the tuition fee within 15 calendar days from the date of the offer to study.

Financing
- Annual tuition fee for a state non-funded place: 5,500 EUR.
- The application fee is 100 per application.
- Tuition Fee Waivers and Scholarships are available to apply for during the admission procedure.
