The Kineziterapija program is designed to prepare specialists who can assess movement, function, and health disorders, apply kineziterapijos methods to various patient groups, plan and implement kineziterapijos programs, and work in a multidisciplinary health care team or independently.

Program Plan
The program includes special subjects such as Funkcin anatomija, Judesi biomechanika, and Vaiko raida. Students will also study at least three elective general university subjects. The program focuses on physical activity theories, health care policy, and preparing educational measures for disease and injury prevention. Professional practice accounts for 15% of the program, taught by experienced practitioners. Students can study abroad for up to 50% of the program duration.
Admission Requirements
- Minimum requirements for admission depend on the year of secondary education completion.
- For those completing secondary education in 2026:
- Must pass at least 3 state exams (Lithuanian language and literature, mathematics, and one elective subject).
- Exam results must meet the minimum achievement level (average of 3 state exam scores must be at least 50).
- Additional requirements may apply in certain cases, such as diploma recognition and grade conversion.
Competitive Score
The competitive score is calculated based on the following subjects and coefficients:
- Biologija: Egzaminas (0.4)
- Chemija or matematika or fizika (for VF); chemija or matematika or fizika or informacins technologijos or usienio kalba (for VNF) (0.2)
- Any subject not conflicting with other subjects (0.2)
- Lietuvi kalba ir literatra (0.2)
Additional Points
Additional points can be added to the competitive score for achievements demonstrating activity, knowledge, and initiative, such as winning places in olympiads or competitions.
Application Steps

- During the main admission phase, applicants can choose up to 9 preferences (study programs) with a specified funding type.
- In additional admission phases, applicants can choose up to 6 preferences (study programs) with a specified funding type.
Study Results
Graduates will become versatile movement experts, able to explain theories of movement physiology, biomechanics, and physical activity, and apply them to create individual kineziterapijos programs. They will be able to assess a patient's condition, choose and apply appropriate kineziterapijos measures, and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
