Program Plan

The Business and Finance program covers a wide range of topics, including financial management, investment analysis, financial markets, and corporate finance. Students will learn to analyze and solve theoretical and practical problems in financial management, evaluate a company's financial condition and performance, and identify the causes of these conditions. They will also be able to choose appropriate business financing models, evaluate investments, distribute financial resources effectively, make sustainable decisions that increase business value, and create and develop their own business.


Admission Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • For those who acquired secondary education in 2026 or later, the minimum requirements include passing at least three state exams (Lithuanian language and literature, mathematics, and one elective subject) with results not lower than the basic achievement level. The arithmetic average of the three state exam scores must be at least 50 points.
    • For those who acquired secondary education before 2026, the requirements may vary, and it is recommended to check the specific requirements for their year of education.
  • Competition Score:
    • The competition score is calculated based on the results of the state exams. The subjects and their coefficients are as follows:
      • Mathematics: 0.4
      • History or Informatics, or Geography, or Foreign Language, or Economics and Business: 0.2
      • Any other subject not overlapping with the above: 0.2
      • Lithuanian Language and Literature: 0.2
  • Additional Points: Additional points can be awarded for achievements demonstrating activity, knowledge, and initiative, such as winning places in olympiads or contests, high-grade graduation papers, volunteering, or other significant achievements. Up to 2.5 additional points can be added to the competition score.

Application Process

  1. Choose a Study Program: Get acquainted with all the offered bachelor's and integrated study programs and their requirements. Evaluate your interests, strengths, and professional ambitions.
  2. Check for Additional Requirements: For most applicants, it is enough to know the composition of the competitive score and meet the minimum requirements. However, in some cases, additional requirements such as diploma recognition and/or grade conversion might be necessary.
  3. Submit an Application through LAMA BPO: During the general admission period, applications are submitted through the LAMA BPO system. You can choose up to 9 preferences (study programs) indicating the funding type during the main admission phase. In additional admission phases, you can indicate up to 6 preferences.
  4. Wait for an Invitation to Study and Sign a Contract: After receiving an invitation to study, you must first pay the registration fee. The study contract must be signed by the deadline; otherwise, the invitation to study becomes invalid.
