Program Plan

The program covers all levels of the education system, from pre-school education institutions to career centers in higher education institutions. It also integrates career modeling issues in both public and private sector organizations. The program focuses on personal career management, leadership, and developmental leadership. The research work is oriented towards applying theoretical and practical knowledge in preparing the final master's thesis, demonstrating the researcher's critical thinking and activity competencies.

Admission Requirements

• Individuals who have obtained a university bachelor's degree or a college (professional bachelor's) degree and have completed additional studies, depending on the admission requirements of each program.
• If the education was obtained abroad, the same admission requirements apply.
• Vilnius University has the right to recognize foreign university diplomas, so there is no need to apply separately.

Application Process

1. Get acquainted with the admission requirements.
2. Submit an application through the VU admission system (VU ISAS).
3. Pay the application fee: 50.00 EUR (for those who graduated in Lithuania) or 100.00 EUR (for those who graduated abroad).
4. Register documents: Upload electronic copies of required documents if your diploma was not transferred automatically or if you graduated abroad.

Tuition Fees

• Annual tuition fee for a non-state-funded place: 5,538 EUR.

Scholarships

Vilnius University students can apply for scholarships for excellent academic achievements, active scientific, sports, or social activities, as well as social support for students in difficult life situations.

State-Funded Loans

Students can use state-funded loans, which are provided according to the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. These loans are intended to help finance studies and living expenses during the study period.

Reduction of Tuition Fees

Tuition fees can be reduced in the following cases:

• Active scientific activity: Up to 100% reduction, depending on achievements.
• Active cultural activity: Up to 90% reduction, depending on achievements.
• Active sports: Up to 100% reduction, depending on sports achievements.
• University employees: Up to 70% reduction for university employees working at least half a year.
