Program Details

The Minjo University invites young researchers to participate in the "Arqus" summer school. The "Arqus" summer school, focused on leadership in science and career planning, will take place from July 7-9. This event is organized by Minjo University, implementing the "Arqus" innovation fund initiative.

Program Structure

The program consists of three interactive modules designed to strengthen participants' leadership skills and career development.

• The first module, "Principles of Scientific Leadership," will provide fundamental knowledge about effective leadership in academic and scientific environments.
• The second module, "People Management and Research Team Leadership," will explore strategies for forming and leading successful research teams.
• The third module, "Career in Science: Paths and Opportunities," will offer insights into various career paths and growth opportunities for researchers.

Eligibility and Participation

The training is intended for postdoctoral researchers, lecturers, and final-year doctoral students. The number of participants is limited to 18 to ensure interactive and individualized learning experiences.
