Global Marketing Bachelor's Degree Program
The Global Marketing Bachelor's degree program is the most popular in the field of business and public management studies in Lithuania. In 2022, the Global Marketing Program was recognized as the best program in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. In 2025, the program has been accredited for the next 7 years by review of international experts.
Program Description
The goal of the program is to prepare highly qualified specialists capable of analyzing the market, developing strategic marketing plans, leading and organizing advertising campaigns, planning pricing, logistics, communication, and operating not only in the local market but also applying the acquired knowledge in a cross-cultural environment.
Admission Requirements
All international applicants must meet the general admission requirements. The gap since completing secondary education must not exceed five years for non-EU/EFTA applicants.
Program Structure
The study program consists of 6 subject groups, distinguished on the basis of a 'knowledge-application-critical assessment' system.
- I group of subjects: "The Base of Management and Marketing Knowledge," providing macro and micro economics knowledge, a strong foundation in marketing and business law.
- II group of subjects: "Specifics of Marketing in different business contexts," designed to deepen marketing knowledge in retail, service, personal selling, and business-to-business environments.
- III group of subjects: "Sales, Management and Marketing connections," which focuses on the application of specific marketing actions and tactics related to sales promotion and seamless communication in both traditional and digital media.
- IV group of subjects: "International Marketing," designed to deepen knowledge of international marketing, management, and communication aspects, and to master cross-cultural marketing.
- V group of subjects: "Marketing Research," designed to provide an introduction to marketing analytics and the field of marketing research, and to equip students with the skills needed to carry out marketing science research.
- VI group of subjects: "Individualised studies," designed to develop skills and knowledge in chosen fields: from psychology to information technology.
Career Opportunities
Global Marketing students undertake professional internships at around 80 different companies each year. The work of students during their internships has already been positively evaluated by companies such as Danske Bank A/S, Teltonika, Nordsecurity, Fabula ir partneriai, Wolt, Apranga, LIDL Lietuva, IKEA, GetJet Airlines, DHL Lietuva, and others.

Fee & Finances
- Annual tuition fee: 3660* Eur
- Tuition fee postponement/payment by installment: Students who pay for their studies can apply for postponement of tuition fee for the semester or payment by installment.
- State-Funded places and loans: Citizens of the Republic of Lithuania or other member states of the European Union (EU), European Free Trade Association (EFTA), persons (non-EU/EFTA) granted a right of permanent residence in the Republic of Lithuania, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the Diaspora and people of Lithuanian origin, can apply for the State-Funded Place in the program.
Scholarships
- VU FEBA Admission Scholarship: Ten one-off Scholarships equal to 1000,00 EUR each will be awarded for the most motivated and competent international students applying to the Bachelor's and Master's programmes of Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
- Incentive Scholarship: A monthly scholarship for students with excellent learning outcomes.
- One-Off Social Scholarship: A scholarship provided in the case of financial problems caused by such unfortunate events as the illness of the student or a family member, the death of a relative, natural disaster and so on.
- One-Off Earmarked Scholarship: A scholarship granted for students with relevant achievements in sports, cultural and scientific/social activities.
- Nominal Scholarship: A scholarship granted for students based on certain fields of activity for their achievements or contributions in these fields.

- Specialisation in Marketing: About 60% of the subjects cover marketing content, ensuring a focused and in-depth preparation for a career in marketing.
- Analytics & Research: The program puts a strong emphasis on quantitative research methods.
- Lecturers are business practitioners: Not only academics, but also active experts in marketing, advertising, communication, and other fields are teaching.
- Up-to-date marketing with AI: Students learn how to apply artificial intelligence (AI) to the development of advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Opportunities for professional development: The content of the program allows to prepare for the Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA) exam and to pursue the European Marketing Certificate (EMC), which opens up wider opportunities for an international career.
- International experience: Students are involved in international projects and competitions, take part in the annual L'Oréal Brandstorm Innovation Challenge, and have the opportunity to take part in the Erasmus+ exchange programme to develop interdisciplinary and intercultural competences.
