Program Overview


Ekonomikos Analitika

The Ekonomikos Analitika program aims to train highly qualified and innovative economists who can manage, evaluate, and plan economic processes using economic theories, data analysis, and modeling. This program provides excellent preparation for doctoral studies or a research career.


Program Description

The program combines economic theory and data analysis, enabling students to apply data analysis methods to various economic and business problems. The economic subjects include continuous microeconomics, macroeconomics, resource economics, and finance economics. Data analysis subjects provide knowledge of time series analysis, econometrics, and multivariate statistics. During their studies, students acquire research skills.


Program Structure

The program is a one-and-a-half-year study, conducted in Lithuanian, with some courses available online. Studies take place on weekdays from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM. Each semester, students study 4-6 different subjects (modular studies, usually one subject at a time). Master's students prepare a master's thesis during their studies, which is defended in three stages: first, second, and third semesters.
