Exercise Program for Neck and Shoulder

The center offers a 25-30 minute exercise program for the neck and shoulder, consisting of 13 exercises. The program is designed to be done daily, especially for those who spend most of their day sitting. The exercises can be done while sitting on a chair, without leaning back or arching the lower back. The program includes exercises such as:


  1. Puslankiu (Half-circle) movements of the head, from side to side.
  2. Tiesiant (Straightening) the head, from side to side.
  3. Lenkiant (Bending) the head, to the right and left.
  4. Pakeliame (Lifting) the arms, to the sides and above the head.
  5. Suformuojame (Forming) a W shape with the arms, with the palms facing forward.
  6. Kartojame (Repeating) the exercises, 6-8 times.
  7. Ulaikome (Holding) the final position, for 20 seconds.
  8. Kartojame (Repeating) the exercises, 2-3 times.
