Program Overview

The Gamification Camp is designed for junior high and high school students who want to learn more about incorporating cutting-edge fields, including virtual reality, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and podcasting, to gamify their stories and bring education to life.

Program Details

• The camp is divided into two sessions:
  • Middle School Camp: June 9-13, Grades 6-8, Cost: $400, Time: 9:00-3:00 Monday-Friday
  • High School Camp: June 16-20, Grades 9-12, Cost: $400, Time: 9:00-3:00 Monday-Friday
• Drop off is between 7:45-8:45 each morning
• No previous experience with any of the technology covered in the camp is required

Program Activities

• Campers will use Virtual Reality headsets, a podcasting booth, and artificial intelligence programs
• Learning about careers outside the traditional STEM fields that use these technologies

Registration and Refund Policy

• Registration fee: $400
• Registration Deadline: One week before the camp start date, or until full
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing
  • The registration fee, less a $20 cancellation fee, will be refunded if you cancel at least 7 business days before the camp
  • Any time after that date, refunds (less the $20 fee) will be issued for medical reasons only
  • Refunds are not given to campers who voluntarily leave camp
