The Spanish-Bilingual Specialization is a certificate program designed for individuals who speak Spanish and wish to leverage this skill to become highly qualified bilingual speech-language therapists. The program aims to address the persistent and chronic shortage of speech-language therapists with the necessary clinical and academic experiences to provide services to children who speak Spanish and their families.

This certificate program allows participants to develop a culturally responsive and powerful set of competencies to provide appropriate and evidence-based clinical services to children who speak Spanish and their families, for whom English may be their second language.
